Ken is a Principal in our Tax Department, and the Secretary of the firm. He provides services to a variety of business and individual client accounts. These services include review and compilation of financial statements, tax preparation and compliance, succession planning, personal financial planning, and estate planning. Ken also has significant expertise in the area of stock options and the Alternative Minimum Tax.
Ken joined KSS in 1978 upon graduation from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He has been with the firm ever since and was promoted to Principal in 1993. Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also currently serving as a Kid’s Hope USA mentor.
